2. ENTRY: There are two ways to enter. To enter online, go to www.hawk-media.com and click on Sweepstakes button to send an email to Hawk Media. Please include your email address, address, and phone. To enter by mail, print your full name, mailing address (including city, state, and zip code), and e-mail address (if you have one) on a 3” x 5” card and send to: “Win a Mini-Vacation for Two at The Bavarian,” c/o Hawk Media, PO Box 182, Angel Fire, NM 87710. All methods of entry have an equal chance of winning.

3. DEADLINE: Online entries must be received by 12:01 a.m. Mountain Time on September 2, 2010 (the “Sweepstakes Entry Period”). Mailed entries must be postmarked between May 30, 2011, and September 1, 2011.

4. LIMIT OF ONE ENTRY PER PERSON (EITHER ONLINE OR BY MAIL) AND PER E-MAIL ACCOUNT. If there is a dispute about whom the e-mail address belongs to, it will be deemed submitted by the e-mail account holder. If multiple entries are received, only the first entry will be considered and subsequent entries will be disqualified. Postmark determines date of mail entry.

ELIGIBILITY: The “Win a Mini-Vacation for Two at The Bavarian” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 48 continental United States and the District of Columbia age 21 or older at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and wherever else prohibited by law. Employees of Hawk Media and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

7. PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prize is subject to availability. Hotel blackout dates may apply. It is the winner’s responsibility to verify blackout dates and availability before traveling. Winner must meet eligibility requirements for airline travel and vehicle rental, if applicable. All other travel-related expenses not specifically mentioned herein (including telephone/Internet, in-room hotel services, taxes, and gratuities) are the responsibility of the winner to pay. Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable to another individual, except to a surviving spouse of the winner. Prize is not redeemable for cash, and no substitution is permitted unless the prize offered is unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.

8. METHOD OF DETERMINING WINNER: The winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held after the contest has closed. Winner will be notified by phone or e-mail (or mail if there is no telephone number or e-mail address given) within 14 days after the contest has closed. If the winner does not respond to the e-mail within one week, they will forfeit the prize, and a new winner will be selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
